Gisele's Caribeyond Restaurant: Experience Authentic Caribbean Flavors in Columbia

Went to see One Love but wanted to have a full island experience for lunch beforehand. This restaurant was perfect! We met the owner when we ordered and she helped us select dishes that met each our tastes. The food was delicious and was just like being back in the Caribbean. Lots of food with the main dish and the flavors were to die for. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect to see in any local establishment in the islands. Utterly wonderful experience.

Mt 4th time visiting. Great food and customer service. The lady at the counter was very helpful with describing the different dishes. The food is always fresh and tasty when I go.

It is my first time here, and I ordered a Turkey creole fritay, but while waiting it to be cooked, I ordered this creole beef pattie and they were DELICIOUS! 5 stars for the patties. As for the turkey creole frittay, the small portion of shredded veggies was very hot spiced for my taste— reason I gave 4 stars. I also got a Jamaican pineapple ginger soft drink.

I had a great experience at Caribeyond Restaurant! The flavors brought me right to the heart of Haitian cuisine. The macaroni pie was creamy, cheesy, and perfectly baked—definitely a standout. The black rice was rich and fragrant, and the chicken legs were juicy and seasoned to perfection. I also really enjoyed the fish cakes—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor. The only dish that didn’t quite hit the mark for me was the chicken patty. It was a bit dry and didn’t have the same bold taste as the other items. That said, everything else made up for it, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more. If you’re looking for authentic Haitian comfort food, Caribeyond is worth a visit!

Caribeyond restaurant is the best place if you want to eat a good haitian food. People working there are very kind and friendly. Come to visit them and You will not be disappointed

All of us who went there today had an awesome experience ordering and we were amazed by how good the Haytian people's food is. The black rice was my favorite personally. Please keep up the good work!

*Heads up, the restaurant came under new ownership a few months ago* (the old owners were letting things fall by the wayside it seems, thankfully new management is doing much better!) I’ve stopped through a couple times for carryout and each time there have been other customers stopping by, so it seems like a popular hidden gem among locals. Spoke with the owner and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell he’s passionate about his craft. Food was great, it’s now my go to spot for comfort food when I’m craving Caribbean cuisine- have tried the deep fried turkey, kabit goat (love the rice and beans the entree comes with!), Jamaican beef patty, and Haitian codfish patty. You may have to wait a little for the entree to come out, but that’s cause they’re cooking it fresh. They’re currently rebranding the look/ambience of the space, so will definitely be back to visit once it’s done.

Cool hole in the wall with great patties! Found this place on uber eats, otherwise I had no idea it was there. Ordered a bunch of their patties and some plantains. I thought the Jamaican beef and curry chicken patties were great. Spinach just so-so and the plantains were not as sweet as I expected, but portion sizes were large and it hit the spot for what I was looking for. Looks like they have the possibility of being a hangout with the pool table.
